Cabin baggage
These allowances are always included in the price of the flight ticket and apply to airBaltic-operated flights:
- BUSINESS and BUSINESS Light (Business fares): 2 cabin bags (55 x 40 x 23 cm each) + 1 personal item (30 x 40 x 10 cm). The max. weight is 24 kg for all pieces.
- CLASSIC (Economy fare): 1 cabin bag (55 x 40 x 23 cm) + 1 personal item (30 x 40 x10 cm). The max. weight is 8 kg for all pieces.
- GREEN Plus, GREEN (Economy fares): 1 cabin bag (55 x 40 x 23 cm) + 1 personal item (30 x 40 x 10 cm). The max. weight is 8 kg for all pieces.
- airBaltic Club VIP passengers: 2 cabin bags (55 x 40 x 23 cm each) + 1 personal item (30 x 40 x10 cm) irrespective of the travel class. The max. weight is 24 kg for all pieces.
- airBaltic Club Executive passengers travelling with GREEN, GREEN Plus, CLASSIC tickets: 1 cabin bag (55 x 40 x 23 cm each) + 1 personal item (30 x 40 x 10 cm). The max. weight is 12 kg for all pieces.
Heavy cabin baggage
If you are a GREEN, GREEN Plus or CLASSIC ticket holder, you can upgrade your cabin baggage allowance from 8 kg to 12 kg starting from 11.99 EUR. Cabin baggage dimensions and number of pieces will remain the same.
Checked baggage
The allowances included in the flight ticket depend on the ticket type and apply to airBaltic-operated flights:
- BUSINESS and BUSINESS Light: 2 bags (100 x 50 x 80 cm each). The max. total weight is 46 kg for all bags, with a max. weight of 23 kg per bag.
- CLASSIC and GREEN Plus: 1 bag (100 x 50 x 80 cm) with a max. weight of 23 kg per bag.
- GREEN: this fare does not include any checked baggage allowance. You can purchase checked baggage from 19.99 EUR per bag per one-way journey while booking tickets on airBaltic.com or via Manage your booking section. You can also purchase it through the airBaltic call centre, but it will cost you more.
